Disconnection Policy

At Joliking, we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our online casino games. However, we recognize that technical issues such as internet outages, device failures, or server disruptions can occasionally occur. This Disconnection Policy explains how Joliking handles such situations to ensure fair play and transparency.

1. Player Responsibility

1.1 You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and using compatible devices and software when accessing Joliking.
1.2 Joliking is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side disconnections, including poor internet connection, device malfunction, or low battery.

2. Game Continuation Rules

2.1 If you are disconnected during a game round, the system will record the bet placed before the disconnection.
2.2 For most games, the outcome will be determined as if you were still connected. Winnings (if any) will be credited automatically to your account.
2.3 In games where player input is required (e.g., blackjack, poker), the following may apply:

  • If the game allows auto-play or default moves (such as “stand” in blackjack), the system will proceed accordingly.

  • If no default option is available, the game round may be voided and your stake refunded.

3. Live Dealer Games

3.1 In live dealer games, if you disconnect after placing a bet, the round will continue without your participation.
3.2 The outcome will still be determined by the live dealer, and winnings (if applicable) will be credited to your account automatically.
3.3 Bets placed before the disconnection cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Jackpot Games

4.1 If you disconnect during a jackpot game, the outcome of your bet will still be determined by the system.
4.2 If you win a jackpot during a disconnection, the prize will be credited to your account once the game round has been completed and verified.

5. System or Server Failures

5.1 If a disconnection occurs due to Joliking’s servers or technical errors, affected bets may be voided and refunded.
5.2 In cases where game outcomes can be verified, winnings will be settled as normal.
5.3 Joliking reserves the right to suspend or cancel games affected by system-wide technical failures.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 If you experience a disconnection and believe the outcome was incorrect, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours.
6.2 Our technical team will review the game logs, server records, and transaction history to resolve the issue.
6.3 Decisions made after investigation will be final and binding.
